    Fishing Trip - Trout

    WOW - what an awesome vacation day yesterday. Anthony and I went to Redding, CA for a perfect day of Speckled Trout fishing on the Sacramento river.


    I caught a total of nine fish - eight trout and 1 baby salmon pictured here.








    However, seven of the trout were really good size. At one time, we had a 'double' where we both landed a trout at the same time.







    The biggest fish of the day was mine though... 21" - 4.5 lbs.  Good times.

    Every now and then - you just have to go out and have some fun. Today was that day. God's creation ROCKS!
