Oprah Winfrey Leads World's Largest Cult

Folks, it is unbelievable. You have to watch this video and hear the exact words come out of Oprah's mouth.
I haven't always agreed with Oprah but I've always respected her and her influence. The time has come to actually see her for what she is - the leader of the world's largest cult.
The first church of Oprah is alive and well - millions are following. And the problem is, they can't see her for what she is. A well meaning deceiver.
Check out the video.
After watching the video - what do YOU think? Should anything be done?

Wow. Yet another reason I dislike Oprah. I think we definitely need to speak out against her ridiculous claims. Unfortunately she has so many followers, I'm afraid this is going to get worse before it gets better.
Preach it brother! I have never, ever liked Oprah but everyone I know is enamored with her...I hope they see this video and see Oprah for who she truly is...a false prophet.
Cindy & Vikie,
Thanks for the comments. Spread the word. Not sure what we can do about it - but at least we have some 'proof' out of her own mouth.
I'm with the other girls.... I've never cared for Oprah and that video just proved to me that the holy spirit was warning me not to listen or watch her shows... It always bothered me how so many people acted as her words, her thoughts were written in stone. I hope more Chrisitans could see this video.
I gave up on Oprah several years ago. She has gotten so wealthy that she believes she is "in charge of the world". The majority of the talk shows on TV feel they are the people in the know and what they say is RIGHT. Well, the ONLY one in the know is God and He tells what we should do and believe in His word.
TV used to be a source of entertainment but it has become a threat to our homes, children and our values. Mostly ours is used to view movies and learning programs. I wish we could purchase only the channels we want.
In response to your question, "What should we do about it?"
I say, we pray - for her, her heart, her obvious wounds from previous pastors whose words turned her off during her time in the Christian church and elsewhere, and for those who watch her and are confused. And, that the vast platform that she has can be transformed into one that spreads Christ instead of the new age beliefs. I am confident that God is in this and can somehow use it for good.
Patty, Sue & Nicole,
thanks for your insight and contribution. Definitely - prayer is a key to this whole thing. I not only would pray for Oprah but for all of those who 'follow' somewhat blindly this 'faith' that can so easliy lead people astray from the Truth.
Let's not forget that Oprah is on T.V. and T.V. is a form of entertainment. There are many channels to view and we have the power to raise or lower the ratings on any show. Stop watching, ratings go down, advertising dollars go away and shows get cancelled. Power in numbers!!
Bob,
thanks for your input - the big question is how to get her loyal followers to 'see' what we see :).
Wow, this is very sad. I pray that she is shown Jesus and comes into a personal relationship with him. It is sad that her belief system is based off of a misinterpretation or lack of explanation of scripture. As Christians we need to see her as precious to Jesus and lift her up in prayer, what an influential position she has, what a difference she could make for the kingdom of God if she would know Jesus! Pray for her Christians, pray for her hard!
Matt,
Good call.
