Just Crazy Enough To Be One
Saturday, September 6, 2008 at 1:02 PM I just recently bought my first Apple Computer... an iMac. I haven't even begun to experiment with all the 'coolness' of a Mac - but I have to tell you - I AM IMPRESSED!
I ordered my custom 24" iMac on a Monday at 11am. Tuesday at 3:05pm it arrived at my doorstep. Are you kidding me? That is amazing. I fired it up and it walked me through everything... including what wireless network I wanted to use. It was all so incredibly user friendly and automated. It was simple.
I have to say, I'm "IN." I'm a fan. I'm a believer. I can foresee my laptop and household computer all being converted over to Mac within one to two years. As for the cost difference, it's well worth it. I was recently viewing another blog and stumbled across this video. Please take just 60 seconds to view it.
Seriously, isn't that what being a Christian is all about? Or a business man? Or a mom or dad or son or daughter? Isn't changing the world the goal? Mac or no Mac... think outside the box. Grab an idea and wrestle it to the ground. Run with it. I have so many incredible dreams and ideas for the future. I want my ministry and church and family to experience real life change... not only their own - but the world's as well! For realsies! You watch... with God on my side... on YOUR side... we can literally change the world for the better. Let's not be ignored. I not only believe it - I'm going to DO IT! Want to join me?

Welcome to the light side of the force. Narrow is the way, and few are those who find it, but like a dog returning to its vomit is a Mac user returning to the PC world. There are several other biblical references that I could use here, but you get my point. Word to the wise... there is a learning curve, get to know an expert Mac user. They will help you a ton in the transition. Have fun playing and welcome to the world of virus free computing! Glad to see you there.
You are too funny. I am not there yet - but I'm a huge fan.
