    I'm not positive I fully agree Scott. Effective leaders should often question assumptions as well. Questioning assumptions can be a positive experience.

    Perhaps then I have misunderstood your short post that started this thread. I agree that questioning assumptions can be a positive experience and that effective leaders should do that. I did not mean to imply otherwise. Perhaps you were looking for something like "Skeptics skepticize."
