The Census Bureau - Too Personal - No Authority?

I find it very interesting that the Census takers are coming into our homes and taking all kinds of incredibly personal information... and yet the Media Relations of the Census Bureau wouldn't answer questions about what authority they are acting on. Hmmm... take a listen and let me know what YOU think.
